Your order left my studio complete and very well packaged, but sometimes things happen. If there is shipping damage, please take a picture of the packaging and KEEP the packaging in case it is needed for a claim. If the packaging is damaged but your item is fine, we are golden. If the item inside is also damaged, please take photos and we will work together to resolve it.
