I JUST NOTICED MY ORDER HAD AN OLD ADDRESS! HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
Whoops! We are human, and miss things. If your order has not shipped, this is an easy fix. Send me a message and I’ll make sure I send it to the right place. Please update your shippping profile to have the correct address. If the order has shipped, this gets tricky. USPS has an online service that will allow you to redirect your mail, and Canada Post has a similar feature. Please refer to their websites for the procedure and fees associated with this.
If the item goes to your old address and isn’t forwarded, it will have to make it’s way back to me and then I will reship, at your cost.
