WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders will be packaged and shipped 3-5 business days after the order is placed for in stock items. Made to order items will be shipped after they are out of production. Tracking information will be provided after the item(s) are processed at the post office.
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED! WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
Ah, the postal service. All of my orders are shipped with tracking unless otherwise specified, and a tracking number will be provided to you.
Canada Post and USPS have handy apps that will allow you to track your packages and provide email or text updates if you subscribe to them.
Postal delivery times can vary based on the time of the year, customs holds, the weather, or the phases of the moon. Kidding aside, once the item is in the hands of the post office, it is out of my control. I will do my best to obtain accurate information on shipping timelines, and will assist you in tracking a late or lost package. Lost or missing packages are rare, but things do happen.
